She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Cecil and Margaret Hosier Cecil. She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Cecil of Iowa and Deborah Kent of Iowa; her nieces, Donna Nevins (Dan) of Tullahoma and Kathy Yeagar (Gordy) of Wisconsin; and her nephew Rick Fisher of Manchester.
