It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rayford Thomas Rigney (Manchester, Tennessee), who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Calvin and Lizzie Williams Rigney; and his brothers, Orvill, Doyle, Charles, Jr., Max Wayne "John" and Kenneth Joe Rigney.
He is survived by: his wife Debi Coppinger Rigney; his daughter Tracey Lee Trail; his grandson Kyle Thomas Glascoe; and his siblings, William "Bill" Rigney and Jewell Dean Rigney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
