She is survived by: her husband Frank Jacobs; her daughter Kelly Lynne Jacobs Teal (Gary); her grandchildren, Jacob Teal, Jamie Teal, John Teal and Sarah Teal; her great grandchild Addison Teal; her son John William Jacobs (Patricia); her grandson Patrick John Ross Jacobs; her close friend Randy Haley (Shelia); and also, Sierra Haley and Frank Haley.
