It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Khyva Lynn Phipps of Manchester, Tennessee, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewitt Akers and Maude Todd Akers; her husband Elzie Phipps; her sons, Chris Phipps and Jimmy Phipps; and her brothers, Johnny Akers and Tom Akers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Davis (Ray), Carrie Winton (George) and Carol Simpson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
