He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Crumley and Eliza Josephine Perry Crumley; and his son Steven Crumley. He is survived by: his wife Jill Marie Crumley; his children, Stephanie S. Crumley, Travis S. Crumley and Samantha Olson (Nicholas); his siblings, Robert Crumley (Katie), Danny Crumley (Lisa), Dale Crumley (Marcia), William Jones (Amanda) and Sue Groves (Mark); and his grandchildren, Jack and Skylar.
