He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth King and Josephine King (Ballard). He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughters, Cassie King and Sarah Walker (John); his siblings, Belinda King and Joseph King (Pat); and his grandchildren, Emma, Maddox, Elliott and Theodore.
