He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hall; his children, David Kenneth Hall and Katie Anderson (Scott); his siblings, Mark Hall (Beth), Vicki Robb (Pat) and Debbie Risner; his grandchildren, Dustin Norris, Victoria Norris and Elizabeth Young; and his great grandchild Sophia Tankersley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
