He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rivenbark and Lillian Rivenbark (Edens); his siblings, Thomas V. Rivenbark III and Barbara Strickland; his parents-in-law, Henry Benton Banks and Vinta Banks; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Myers and Norman Banks.
He is survived by: his wife Marga Rivenbark; his children, David Rivenbark and Amy Rivenbark; his sisters, Frances Myers and Linda Bunting (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, Allen Strickland, Joseph Banks, Doris Rivenbark and Patricia Shrader. He is also survived by many extended family members and a host of friends.
