He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Herschel Mills and Eliza Ann Judd Mills; and his siblings, Joe Mills, Bill Mills, DC, Sue Pinger, Carrie Price, Lelwean Vaughn and Arnold Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Myrl Mills; his son Kirt Mills (Priscilla); his sister Ruby Mills Hires; and his granddaughter Alyssa Sebastian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
