He is survived by: his parents, Melinda Daniel and Frank L. Givens (Tonya); his siblings, Terry Cargile (Debbie Ferrell), Travis Willingham, Taylor Rayfield, Shelby Givens (Miranda White), James Daniel (April) and Amy Harris; his nieces and nephews, Gracie Willingham, Nathan Spears, Gabby Meyers and Azael Mateo; his aunts and uncles, Teresa Williams, Debbie Phillips, Susan Sain, Jerome Givens, Bobby Givens (Tricia), Donnie Givens (Paula), Richard Givens (Kay), Tony Carlton (Sonia) and Chuck Alford (Christy); and his close friend Beth Purdy.
