She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Richards and Annie Richards (Walker); and her husband Ernest Dewey Petty, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard D. Petty (Tomica) and Kim Bullock (Perry); her grandchildren, David Jernigan, Kimberly Meador, Clint Jernigan, Samantha Stuart, Noah Petty and Nichelle Lopez; her great grandchildren, Shane Jernigan, Kelsey Meador, Kenzey Meador, Katey Meador, Breanna Jernigan, Avery Stuart and Owen Stuart; and her great great grandchildren, Hunter Jernigan, Brooklyn Jernigan and Jax Jernigan.
