She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Oliver Willard and Daisy Mae Norvell (Graham); her grandparents, Dudley, Sally Lou Francis Graham, David LeRoy and Sarah Elizabeth Norvell; and her siblings, Thomas Carter Norvell, James Allen Norvell, Williard Oliver Norvell, David LeRoy Norvell, Ivan Louis Norvell and Mary Simpson of Virginia.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Arleen Lee, Rosetta Mae Richards (Don), Sharon Maghami of Virginia and Carlton Douglas Tidwell. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
