He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Milton. He is survived by: his parent Eva Ruth Johnson Couch; his children, Donna Couch of Nashville, TN, Shaina Bradberry of Dickson, TN, Peyton Couch of Lyles, TN and Matthew Couch (Amy) of Hazard, KY; and his siblings, Richard Couch (Sally) of Hazard, KY, Paul Couch of Lyles, TN, Linda Crase (Robert) of Hazard, KY, Brenda Feltner of Hazard, KY and Patricia Davis (Kenneth) of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
