She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee Billings and Eulit Jane Pike Billings; her husband Billy Tyre Judd, Sr.; and her siblings, Marie Anglemeyer, Roy Billings, Dwain Billings and William Billings.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Judd Jones (Grady) of Lyles, TN, Donna Judd Snapp (Jim) of Lyles, TN, Gayla Judd Sircy of Lyles, TN, Tyre Judd Jr. (Lois) of Martin, TN and Denisa Judd Ragsdale of Lyles, TN; her sisters, Becky Arnold and Mary Vaughn; and her grandchildren, Jason Jones, Angela Ferebee (Shane), Marissa Sircy, William Sircy, Jonathan Judd (Christina), Jessica Ragsdale, Dustin Jones (Jamie), Cody Ragsdale (Dawn), Nick Sircy, Melina Ragsdale and Lillie Ragsdale. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
