He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Teal White; his parents, Marvin Austin and Mable Gaskill White; his grandson Corey Ford; his son-in-law Robert Hornburger, Jr.; and his sister Carolyn Gunnells.
He is survived by: his children, Jayne White Hornburger, Phyllis White Ford and David White; his brothers, Wayne White and Ned White (Marie); his grandchildren, Christy, Poteete, Austin McCabe, Rosie McCabe and John Thomas White; his great grandchildren, Andrew McCabe, Aubrey McCabe, Zachary Lampley and Amelia Jane Lampley; and his children, Sarah Newell, Jenifer Davis and Baby Girl.
