It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey Everett Kephart of Lyles, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elver Boyd Kephart Sr. and Martha Cleo Clark Kephart; his brothers, E. B. Kephart Jr. and Bobby Wayne Kephart; and his pet Charlie.

He is survived by: his children, Ronald Kephart (Renee) of Pike Road, Alabama. and Tamra Riggs (Steve) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.; his sisters, Patricia Harkness of Dundee and Charlene Hutsell of Jasper, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Paige Kephart (Laura Farr), Madison Kephart, Lauren Davis, Andrew Davis, Rebecca Kaufman (Brian Bermudez), William Kaufman and Katherine Kaufman; and his great grandchild Jackson Bermudez.
