We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Clairel Roy Tingler (Lyles, Tennessee), born in Colliers, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clairel Rubble and Beulah Nixie Robinson Tingler; and his son David Tingler. He is survived by: his wife Velma Eileen Tingler; and his children, Darrell Tingler (Sherry), Winter Garden, Milford Tingler (April), Ella Lassan (Steve) and Shirley Krueger (Albert). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

For those desiring, memorials may be made to the Memorial Fund at East Hickman United Methodist Church.

“My Uncle Clairel was quiet, kind, and patient. He smelled like sunshine and fresh hay, even in the Winter. He gave me my first piece of rhubarb and "loaned" me the most stubborn pony in the world, earning him top honors in my horse-filled head. He smiled like a cherub, hiding a wicked sense of humor that likely earned him more than one switching as a child. He led a beautiful life, perfect in its imperfections. My thoughts are with my Aunt Eileen, & Cousins Shirley, Ella & Milford - April H.”
