He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Harvey Fields, Jr. and Doris Fields (Woolbright); his siblings, Tommy Fields, Benjamin Harvey Fields III and LaDonna Darty; and his cousins, Roy Bohannon and Randy Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Fields; his children, Stephen and April Whitaker; his grandchildren, Justin Yeargan, Jennifer Yeargan, Kayla Rodriguez and Daisy Mae; his great grandchildren, Levi Grogan, Braxton Grogan and Tyanna Harris; and his siblings, Orvil "Bozie" Fields and Joy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
