He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Schultheis and Edna Hazel Schultheis (Kruse). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Thompson (William), Jean Weber (Stephen), Joe and Mark Schultheis (Cheryl). He is also survived by one niece, five nephews, two great nieces and two great nephews.
