It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Deloy Garrett of Livingston, Tennessee, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Garrett and Elsie Garrett (Ledbetter) of Livingston, TN.; his son Kelly Jack Daniels; and his siblings, Donald Garrett, Johnny Garrett, Brenda Lewis and Betty Huffer.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sue Garrett (Spear); his children, Misty Garrett (Samantha) of Livingston and Garon Garrett (Kim Floyd); and his siblings, Rema Garrett of Cookeville, Gale Banks (Dennis) of Manchester, TN, Jerry Garrett (Colene) of Livingston, James Garrett of Livingston and Danny Garrett (Brenda) of Livingston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
