She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Bilbrey and Emma Mae Bilbrey (England). She is survived by: her husband Norman Clifton Carter; her daughter Shelia Faye Carter; her brother Donald Bilbrey (Patricia); her nieces, Donna Gantt (Gene) and Melissa Daws (Eddie); her nephew Terry Bilbrey; her great-niece Savannah Daws; her great-nephew Cole Bilbrey; her brothers, Melvin Bilbrey, Glen Bilbrey and Billy Bilbrey; and her sister-in-law Janie Bilbrey. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
