She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Phillips (Ilene Vaughn Phillips) and Overton Co; her husband Kemith Nelson; her brother Jennings Phillips; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Webb, Brian Webb, Kemith Nelson, Charon Nelson Espinosa and Charol Nelson; her sister Beverly Phillips; and her grandchildren, Isaiah Nelson, Sunshine Nelson, Charen Nelson, Jacob Brewer, Dylan Moore, Gary Webb and Grayson Nelson. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
