He was predeceased by: his parents, Wells Thomas and Wilkie Thomas (Gore); his wife Joyce Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Johnny and Jimmy King.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Thomas (Renee) of Livingston, TN and Penelope Brown (Chuck) of Cookeville, TN; his sister Nell Sells of Livingston, TN; his grandchildren, Maggie Bullock, Trey Thomas, Ashleigh Auberson, Lincoln Brown and Kaitlyn Brown; and his great grandchildren, Miles Bullock, Anthony Auberson, Riley Calder, Charlie Brown and Hunter Brown.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Flat Creek Cemetery.
