It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Junior Mabe of Livingston, Tennessee, born in Sparta, Tennessee, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Mabe and Mary Ethel Mabe (Harness). He is survived by: his wife Betty Mabe (Kernell); his children, Richard Hammock (Jody) and Melissa Staggs (Scott); his granddaughters, Angela Ledbetter (Cody), Shawna Hunter (Justin), Amanda Hammock (Robbie Maynord) and Andrea Hammock; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Gage, Lain, Rhett, Layton, Ellie and Silas; his brothers, Homer Mabe, Gene Mabe (Carolyn), Donald Mabe (Wilma) and Gary Mabe (Brenda); his son Robert Eugene Mabe; and his siblings, Hilda Joyce Kirkland, Anna Ruth Gentry, John Everett Mabe, Billy Mabe and Jerry Mabe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
