He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Rae Eckert; his sons, Phillip Fugate (Wendy) of Holly and Scott Fugate (Kari) of Goodrich; his grandchildren, Michael (Jessica), Josh (Rebecca), Jessica (Ryan), Rebecca, Hannah, Jake and Lindsay; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Noah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
