She was predeceased by: her husband Loren Stevens; her sons, Jack, Jim and Lance Stevens; her grandson Doug Stevens; her parents, Cleo Patrick and Mary Evelyn Lewis; and her siblings, Bob, George, Alf, Neeley, John L., Jim, Sam, Ruby, Mary, Eva, Martha, Margaret and Robbie.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Stevens (Brenda) of Lexington and Patrick Stevens of Hemet. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
