It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Franks (Lawrenceburg, Tennessee), born in Leoma, Tennessee, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Edward and Florence Belew Franks; and his siblings, Clifford Franks, Harvey Franks, James Franks, Joyce Chandler and Helen Franks.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Burns Franks of Lawrenceburg; and his sisters, Lois Kimbrough of Decherd, Dolly Loyd (Hardy) and Santa Fe. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
