He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Garner and Linda Sue Smith Garner; and his nieces and nephews, David Elisha White, Susannah Avaline White, Daniel Neal White, Alston Nathaniel White, John Caleb Lee White and Claire Celeste White.
He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Garner (Trudy) and Jennifer White (Randy); and his niece Lydia Garner Lindsay White. He is also survived by Nephew - Heath Garner Great-Niece - Victoria Meadors Great-Nephew - Matthew Meadors Several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
