He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Owen and Frances Davis Downey. He is survived by: his wife Delila Downey of Lawrenceburg; and his sons, Robert Warren Downey of Germantown and Richard Lee Downey. He is also survived by Two Grandsons - Luke Brock Two Granddaughters.
