He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Elizabeth Gilbert Patton; his children, Betty Jean Beasley, Martha Lanita Crowe, Bobby Lee Patton, Ricky Lee Patton and Fredrick Patton; his son-in-law Allen Smith; his brother Gene Ray Patton; and his grandchildren, Casey Smith and Allen Smith II.
He is survived by: his wife Lura Faye Patton of Lawrenceburg; his daughter Barbara Ann Smith of Lawrenceburg; his sister Roberta McKinnon of Gatlinburg; his son-in-law Cotton Beasley Jon Crowe; and his grandchild Deanna Jones Tracy Smith (Kevin). He is also survived by Seven Great-Grandchildren Three Great-Great-Grandchildren.
