He was predeceased by: his brother Jeremy White. He is survived by: his wife Mandi Dickson Haislip; his parents, Mike White and Carolyn White; his daughters, Carleigh Shaw (Tanner) and Elizabeth Haislip; his stepsons, Preston Lovell and Billy Wayne Lovell IV; his siblings, Terry Haislip (Annie) of Panama City, FL and Terra White; and his grandchildren, Britan Shaw and Zayden Shaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
