She is survived by: her parents, Karen Poag Chandler and Richard Perry (Michelle); her children, Jessica Poag, Reannon Poag and Christopher Mize; and her grandchildren, Pixie Isabella Poag, Ja'Von James Levier and Ja'Lyn Page Levier.
