He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Williams and Ruby Owens Williams; and his siblings, Dale Williams, Mary Alice Williams, Judy Williams and Janice Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Frances Michelle Williams (Tessica McClure) and Timothy Lewis Williams (Sheila); and his siblings, Robert "Hoppy" Williams of Lawrenceburg, Eddie "Flash" Williams, Charles Dewayne "Sniff" Williams, Tiny Bee, Effie "Dinky" Gonzales of Lawrenceburg and Angie Williams. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
