It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack T. Hawkins (Lawrenceburg, Tennessee), who passed away on October 27, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Hawkins and Bernelda Anderson Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Hawkins of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Jack "Tom" Hawkins, Jr. (Diane), James Hawkins (Patricia), Franklin, Patricia Lewis (David), South Pittsburg, Jerry Ray Hawkins (Layla), Leslie Dowling (James), Lakewood, Ronda Howell (Bob) and Columbia; and his siblings, Nancy Shumard of Mattoon, Diana Johnson, Springfield, Don Hawkins of Magnolia, Charles Hawkins and Conroe. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren 17 Great-Grandchildren.
