He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard David and Blanche Audrey Sells Richmond; his wife Willa Dean Orton Richmond; and his siblings, Eddie Richmond, Frances Freeman and Sylvia Hayes. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
