She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Shouppe and Willie Lee Shouppe; her daughter Kaye Denise Slater; her siblings, Bobby Shouppe and Juanita Calloway; and her grandchild Jennifer Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Slater (Kim), Steve Slater (Dana) and Deborah Sneed of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Betty Norrell (Thomas), Winter, Charles Gresham and Tony. She is also survived by Five Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
