He is survived by: his mother Peggy Dean Woods of Lawrenceburg; his son Timothy Woods (Crystal); his siblings, Charles Wayne Woods of Lawrenceburg and Linda Gail Woods of Lawrenceburg; and his granddaughters, Kaylee ReeAnne Woods of Lawrenceburg and Emma McKenzie Woods.
