He was predeceased by: his parents, Lelon Luker and Hester Williams Luker; his wife Frances Morgan Luker; his grandparents, Alfred Williams, Minnie Staggs Williams, John Thomas and Waymon Darnell Luker; and his aunt Louise Williams.

He is survived by: his sister Jane Dewey (Bob); his stepchildren, Billy Boswell of Lawrenceburg and Darlene Perry of Lawrenceburg; and his stepgranddaughter Kimberly Perry of Nashville.
