He is survived by: his children, Harvey Simpson (Cindy), Lawrenceburg, Ricky Lee Simpson (Carolyn) and Sue Penix (Duane); his siblings, Charles Simpson of Ethridge and Marie Haddock of Summertown; and his grandchild Chris Simpson Josh Penix.
