He was predeceased by: his son Mark Tinch; his parents, Haskell Tinch and Martha Tinch; and his brother Steve Tinch. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tinch; his children, Darwin Tinch (Alice), Scott Tinch (Suzanna), Melissa Knight (Scott) of LaFollette and Jennifer Bailey of LaFollette; his grandchildren, McKenzie Tinch, Katie Siler (Robert), Nicholas Tinch (Laura), Leanne Mattie, Colby Bailey (Carlie), Kaitlyn Campbell (Dakota) and Christian Tinch; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian Tinch, Draven Tinch, Brandon Siler and Tatum Bailey.

He was a special person and friend to all who knew him and to many who did not. I not only went to high school with Winton, but, had the special privilege of working with him and his father for two summers doing the electrical work on two elementary schools in Campbell County. Our thoughts of sympathy and prayers for comfort and peace are with you all. Wayne Heatherly”
