He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Matlock and Cleo McCullah Matlock; his siblings, Gary, David Matlock and Janice Matlock; and his nephew Patrick Matlock.
He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Matlock, Shelia Matlock and Janie Saunders; and his close friend Chris McNew. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
