She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Peel; her parents, Hubert Miller (Speedy) and Okie Miller; her siblings, Jim Miller and Carolyn Parrott; and her brother-in-law Garland Parrott.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kaela, Kaine, Sarah and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Easton, Adalie, Cecilia and Laythan; her children, Brent Peel (Kim), Jill McGuire (Don) and Jinger Peel; her sister Imogene Parker (Arnold) of San Antonio, TX; and her close friends, Scott, Carla and Joshua Jeffers. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Because of Shirley's love for sports, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in her memory to the Jellico High School Football Team, c/o Jellico High School, 141 High School Lane, Jellico, TN 37762.
