He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn Pat and Leonard Elizabeth Carroll; and his siblings, Patsy Carroll, Patricia Adkins, Lonnie Carroll and David Carroll.
He is survived by: his niece Jenny Rains; his nephew Ryan Garner; his wife Rena Smith Carroll; his children, Ira Bolinger (Crystal), Angel Bolinger, Joseph Bolinger and Zandra Bolinger; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jeremiah, Haley, Megan, McKayla, Devon, Zade and Zayla; and his siblings, Gary Carroll (Tina), Betty Seymour and Carolyn Webster. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
