Matthew Stephen Partin Obituary
Matthew Stephen Partin age 35 of LaFollette, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Tennova North. He was born on November 20, 1988. Matthew loved fishing, going to the mountains, and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. But his greatest love was going to church at Faithway Assembly of God where he loved Pastor Steve Bruce and his wife Rhonda.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Herman and Betty Brown and Shirley Partin; brother-in-law David Ledford.
Matthew is survived by his parents, Stephan Ray Partin and Vanessa Dumont; brothers, Tyler Dumont and wife, Ashley and Alan Partin; sisters, Stephanie Sweat and husband, Dalton, Alicia Partin, Ashley Ledford, and Krystal Robertson; several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Matthew will be on Monday, August 26, 2024 at the Faithway Assembly of God from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with his funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Steve Bruce officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home and go in funeral procession to Chadwell Cemetery in the White Oak Community for an 11:00 AM interment.
