He was predeceased by: his father Howard Victor Carroll; and his grandparents, Howard, Mamie Carroll, Harry and Minnie Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Shawnda Kruse (Jason), Ashley Fields (Tyler), Megan Fulton (Trevor), Hannah Carroll and Shane Carroll (Ashley); his mother Kay Russell Reynolds; and his siblings, Steve Carroll (Yong), David Carroll (Jeannie), Kelly Carroll, Tina Foster and Chastity Carroll. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 1 Great-Grandchild, Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walters Funeral Home - LaFollette (509 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
