He was predeceased by: his daughter Brittany White. He is survived by: his granddaughter Tonya White; his parents, Burrentte Goins and Odessa Mae Goins (Jones); his siblings, Larry A. Goins and April Bolton; his children, Virgil White, Garry R. Goins and Jessica Sears; his siblings, Kenny R. Goins, Kelvin Bolton (Kristin), Kathy G. Wallace (Clarence), Debbie Pierce (Clarence) and Sandy Davis (Jeff); and his niece Vanessa Dilbeck. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
