He is survived by: his mother Rose Jaworski-Ford; his fiancée Jennifer Wilson; his daughter Hollie Wilson; his siblings, River Chase Blevins, Karas Dakota Blevins (Kelsey), Jerrod Jaworski, Fiance', Adrianna, Austin Gibson, Ashlee Ford (Gaige Russell), Jackie Ford, Fiance' and Joshua Rogers; his nieces and nephews, Zaiden, Daxton, Archer, Clayton, McKinlee, Amaria, Aubrey, Adileigh, Taisleigh and Tymber; and his close friends, Joey Edwards, David Clear and Brandon Wallace.
