She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Paxton and Virginia Smith Paxton; and her daughter-in-law Allison Miller Johnston. She is survived by: her husband Charles Johnston of LaFollette; her sons, Jason Johnston of Jacksboro and Craig Johnston (Ali) of Chapel Hill, NC; her sister Margie Eads of Wilmington, OH; her grandchildren, Erin, Emilee (James), Brinley and Ethan; and her great grandchild Laney Grace.
