He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clay and Hazel Clay. He is survived by: his wife Randi; his children, Jim Clay of Kodak, TN, Linda Fowler of Alabama, Carole and Janssen of Virginia; his siblings, Tom Clay of Oak Ridge, TN and Rhonda of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Matt Fowler of Virginia, Billy Fowler of Virginia and Bailey Withers of Virginia. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
