He is survived by: his wife Vera Phillips; his daughter Jill Phillips (Glen Miller); his granddaughters, Beth Starnes (Dustin) and Chasidy Masters; his great grandchildren, Bradley Howard, Brayden Starnes, Ellie Starnes, Jack Callaway and Gracie Masters; his stepchildren, Billy Buckner, Lester Buckner and Karen Loveday; and his brother Franklin "Buddy" Phillips (Jo Ann). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
